Took advantage of Elders

My Parents purchase a Laptop at HIFI in Secunda and they took advantage of them as they old and never opened the laptop to show my folks it works and has the right stuff loaded. they laptop was for my sister who is doing her last year in high school and needed this to start with registrations and research and all , she also thought the laptop comes empty but nothing was loaded no word excel microsoft NOTHING , i was called to come assist and i decided to take it back within the 7 days warranty, the mouse function was not working other buttons as well and i was told we broke it by trying to load windows and word since it came empty and now we expected to pay an extra 3k for a 6k laptop bough still now no help nothing.
