Too Careless

Hi-Fi at Mall at Carnival will ask you to leave your confidential documents and then lose them without an explanation . the lady was so cavalier about my bank statement , ID , payslip and proof of residence being lost in this age of too many ****s . I filed a complaint no-one got back to me on the investigations supposedly being carried out. i have had to change my bank account and flag my ID just in case .
