Today for the 3rd ti...

Today for the 3rd time, my sister ordered online a Tv for us with Mom making the payment with her bank card linked to this transaction since my sister is in Dbn and we are in Jhb, payment made, all set, boom when Mom and myself came to collect the Tv, we were told that Sindy needs to write an email giving us permission to collect on her behalf, she is at work in Dbn and can't do that for us during working hours, we had to go back home again without Tv that is already paid for because a stupid email was not sent, im so ****ed and i will never buy anything from you anymore,and i will make sure that even my friends, families, colleagues are aware of this bad experience i had 3times in a row.
