I am extremely frustrated with the service from HiFi Corporation.

My previous TV had a **3-year guarantee**, but the screen stopped working. I logged a service call **three weeks ago** and nobody ever contacted me back.

Because I received no assistance, I bought a **new TV online and paid in full**. HiFi Corporation requested several documents before delivery, including my **TV licence, ID and driver’s licence**, which I provided immediately.

It has now been **two weeks since payment and I still have not received my TV**.

I recently moved to a farm and asked if **my sister-in-law could receive the delivery on my behalf**. At first they refused and asked me to send an email from my account linked to my **old address** to confirm the TV licence. I did exactly that.

However, after that they **changed the delivery address to my old address**. I emailed them explaining that I **no longer live there** and that they must please deliver to the **address used in the original order**, but they keep telling me they **cannot change the address**.

I also spent **almost an hour on the phone trying to speak to someone**, and after waiting for a long time I was **cut off about four times**. I phoned Hifi corp in Bloemfontein and the lady put the phone down in my ear 3x before they spoke to me and told me they will handle the problem and come back to me.

At this point I am completely fed up. The **customer service is unacceptable** and extremely frustrating. I will **never buy from HiFi Corporation again**.

I now just want this matter resolved urgently. Either **deliver the TV to the correct address** or **refund me in full**, because I am no longer at the old address and I am concerned the TV will be delivered there or get lost.
