****tiest customer service ever

The absolute worst service i have ever received. I order a washing machine online on the 28th of june and up till the 19th july i have not received it. This, after the website states 2 to 6 days delivery. To make things worse, is that i laid 2 complaints and i still havent received any feedback on the complaint that i laid. Then the branch itself has the audacity to tell me to wait 2 weeks extra, because they are busy relocating the store. If you want to know how a failed business model looks like, look at hifi corporation's business model. No customer service at all, all the promises of resolving complaints falls on empty ears. Please avoid hifi corp at all costs. Rather shop elsewhere, even if it means you must pay more. The hassles of struggling with hifi corp is not worth it
