Thumbs up to Themba Area manager from Hi Fi Corporation

A few weeks ago I wrote a review about Hi fi Corporation Middelburg's pathetic customer service, when the manager there refused to help me "because it was her weekend off" well here is my follow up. I contacted their complaints department as I reported my faulty Media Box within 14 days after I bough it, as it got severely warm within 30 minutes of usage. It was even tested in the Middelburg store and the assistant agreed with me that yes it gets hot and he wanted to send it in for repairs, I was not a happy client. An Area Manager by the name of Themba of the Secunda/Witbank area contacted me, and after I explained to him what happened he sorted out my complain and exchanged it with a new unit. Thank you Themba for taking the time and sorting out my problem, from my side it's a real thumbs up to you for excellent customer service, well done. Middelburg Hi Fi Corporation can surely learn from you. Regards Adré
