THREATENED BY BRANCH MANAGER

Very disappointed in HI-FI Corp Fleurdal Bloemfontein. I return goods instead of receiving good customer service and cooperation, I went to speak to the branch manager who had an attitude and went on to shout at me, when I asked him to lower his voice and refrain from shouting at me. He said I wont stop shouting because you keep on interrupting me and I will tell them to not fix your device and count it as customer negligence. That is a FULL ON threat from the branch manager who represents the brand HI-FI Corporation.
