This is not hifi corporation its HiFi *******ion!!!!

Hellopeter please help me with this pathetic company.

I’ve placed an order with hi-fi corporation order number ***. They’ve told me that a courier services is going to deliver my parcel. I have received the message 6 Desember 2019 stating my parcel will be delivered between 8 am and 5 pm. No one ever arrived or contacted me to say the parcel will not be delivered. I phoned round about 16:30 to ask what is going on. They said that they will deliver Saturday the 7th and still nothing. Today is the 9th Desember 13:10. I’m staying on the farm I’m driving in to town to come and collect the parcel and yet nothing is delivered. Just wasting my time with no feedback from anyone. I’ve contacted hi-fi corporation they gave me RTT’s number and said I must speak to Etienne or Jackie and RTT tells me that Tortious is handling the situation I don’t know who to speak to any more. My tracking number from RTT is ***. Contact me shortly or I will take the matter further. I have send various complaints to HiFi Corporation on there website. I have been in contact with RTT and Tortious, no one is able to assist me.
