******* in the shop

I lay buy-ed the washing machine in April 2019 at hi Fi corp Fourways crossing with R1700,Chriselda and Lihle assisted me. Then I went to pay R200 in September. When I went to finish paying the machine they advised me that I only paid R1100.00, the whole R900 has been disappeared in the shop as per Janine,shop manager. Jeanine promised to investigate this matter since the 8th December 2019 till today the 20th December, everytime she promise to call me back with feedback but she's not calling me. I am the one who is calling them almost everyday. I need my R900 back please ... Lorraine
