They sold me a faulty stove

I recently bought a stove from hi-fi corporation, the stove is faulty, the electricity trips when I’m turning on the stove, two different technicians looked into it and concluded that the stove has a problem. I returned the stove hope to replace or get the refund, they are refusing my refund say their technicians will have to look on the stove before doing the refund. I’m so disappointed, I wish I checked reviews here before buying the stove. The Canal walk for manager for Hi-fi corporation where I bought the stove is so arrogant. Please guys never buy there again if you don’t want headache . 🤕
