They sell equipment that they don’t even have stock for

I bought a TV off their website that was on promotion. I ordered it for delivery and i payed for the TV. Two days later I got a confirmation that my TV license was approved and that the order was being processed. 4 days after buying the TV and being exited to get the TV at any moment I got an email to say that sadly there wasn’t any stock and that i would be refunded. I was so mad that they sold me something and waited 4 days to tell me there isn’t any stock. I logged a complaint and rep**** to their email stating I was very unhappy and that I didn’t want a refund and I wanted a damn TV. I got no reply from them and no one that I spoke to could help me but just to say “sorry”. They sell things to their customers and expect them not to be absolutely furious when they don’t have stock. Absolutely horrible service.
