They **** me

I bought a washing machine from hifi corp using Happy pay app. I put the address that i want them to deliver the machine. But they went to the wrong address . We spoked about it and they told me the will come and deliver to the write address to but they took it back to same wrong address. I call them again but it seems like they is no one will to help me or explain the solution from now. Even wen i told the i want my money they said it will take 7 working day. I dont to wait for my money cos i waited long time for my machine they keep on desappointing me. I even think this company **** me. I need my money today
