They don’t deliver at all/on time

I ordered a refrigerator (essential appliance) on the 14th of June 2024. Today, it is the 27th of June 2024. But still no delivery, the call centre is useless. Apparently they can’t promise when to deliver as the wear house is fully responsible for deliveries. So it means the 2 - 5 working days of delivery is a lie.
