There are far more better way of doing business that that of HiFi Corp (Beacon Bay)

I bought items on credit of which one of the items I was offered extended warranty, which I after decided I don't need it. I went to the Store before my first payment to askk tjem to cancel it, they tried to convince me but then agreed to do that. They promised to contact me in a week, which they failed to. Can HiFi Corp at large now assist me because I ended up canceling my first payment because there's this settlement Im not happy with. I would like to pay the outstanding amount but first I want that off my credit account.
