Pathetic service

So on I decided to buy a TV called hifi got information told Hubby let check out the TV's tonight so we decided on the TV and then we saw something else so I decided to cancel the order at the Kenilworth branch I was them told to send a email so I sent a email on the 14th of March and them a reminder email again on the 15,16th of March I them decided that I would call in and just make sure they received my email as nobody sent me a email back or given me a call so on the 16th I speak to a Nicole who told me she will logy cancellation on the system and accounts would refund me my voucher that very same week so I waited on the 18th I called again spoke to Nicole was promised it's being handled on the 20th I called again spoke to Sumaya which said it would be sorted out this week not to worry I called again 24th said that I'm still waiting on my refund I was told it would be done before lockdown. As it cannot take so long to refund money back and them LOCKDOWN STARTED So I called on the 7th of May asking about my refund I was promised sumbody would call back and that I would get a email or a sms today is the 8th I have not received any email from Hifi this has become theft as you have taken my money but you've not given me any items
