The worst service - Update

Yeah, me again. I do not know what else to do? I am so defeated.

I was told I will get an "Urgent refund". 2/52 pass, I call back - the individual advised that person **** to me.

I cannot stress enough - do not use this company. Disgusting customer service. It has been more than 30 days, and no refund. As mentioned above, there is now an excuse for the lack of refund.
