The worst service and poor quality products by far in the whole country,never again,lesson learned.

I bought a tv from them and took extended warranty ,the tv ha been faulty from the first year of purchase,took it to Samsung(horrible product supplier,expensive for nothing)for repairs,it worked for a few months and now it's dead again.I no longer want the s**** of a tv they sold me.The store manager Themba from hi fi corp Southgate is the worst ever,haven't got any assistance from him till today.I want my money back or an exchange for another tv.The customer care call center from their head office is also useless no one seems to know what they are doing,Fortunate being the worst consultant by far there,all she will do is be rude,refuse to transfer you to team leaders and hang up the fone.Its been three weeks now running around for my rights as a consumer and yet I must still wait for their processes.I hate this shop DONT EVER BUY FROM JD STORE ESPECIALLY HI FI CORP THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN EVER IN MY LIFE.
