The worst possible Hi-fi Corp experience

I ordered a fridge online on the 27th of November which to date has not been delivered. We have called their customer care and it normally goes unanswered. We've contacted their Facebook page & We've emailed requesting a refund so we can purchase it elsewhere and Hifi Corp says the fridge was delivered (no idea to who).. . Now a month later no money... No fridge... And no feedback from Hifi corp :(
