The worst of the worst!

The worst of the worst! I honestly think these guys should close up shop.

Ordered some items online on 4 September 2023. Today is 12 September 2023, and I have not received my package. Called the customer "care", and they were useless. They just say they can do nothing since the package has been handed to the courier. They can't even tell me or try to find out where the package is or when it will arrive. They logged a complaint, but they didn't get back to me.
