the worst ever!!!

the worst service I have EVER received. I purchased a fridge online on 27th November and I STILL have not received it. their customer care line rings unattended. their online chat has no idea what is going on and every response is "we will escalate the matter". no communication or update at all after! I must keep contacting them to get the same zero informed response. no delivery date has been set yet nobody can tell me why.

WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS MISERABLE COMPANY AGAIN!
