The worst electronics store in SA

<p>The absolute wort rubish service at the Polokwane branch. I bought a tv at the menlyn branch 13 months ago, as soon as the warrantee expired it broke, one led back light failed. Sent my tv in for repairs 4 weeks ago in Plook wane, where I was assured it will be shipped to Joburg New World to be repaired that's why shipping charges was so much. They charged me R350 to get assessment and fix it. Needless to say it was never sent to Joburg but a small local tv repair centre in Polokwane. They sent it back to the store without packaging and did not touch it. I've been struggling to get any clear reason why I had to pay money for nothing in return as this is clearly against the consumer act and I will seek legal action against Hifi Corp for this. Their employees are *********** and don't know what to do or to say to customers. They never call you back... ever.</p>
