The worst customer service EVER - I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I bought a phone on sale on the 4th of November, and it was never delivered in 2 to 5 days. I called because on the website it says the item is ''with customer"' and i didnt receive anything and they said it means its with the delivery person or something like that . So on the 6th day i sent them an email to ask where my item was and they took forever to respond to emails . They dont answer questions, they are not clear.I canceled the order and still waiting for my money to be returned

The service is sooo bad, like its unbelivable. The customer agents are not looking to solve problems its like they just want to drag out the whole thing instead of just coming up with solutions.
