The worst company in the world!!!!!

Is it possible to to rate this company a minus. Hi fi Corp KC I went to the store today to return two Fenci sewing machines I bought yesterday. It is not working properly. I get yo customer care speak there is a girl named Simone busy with another customer she doesn’t acknowledge me at all which is fine because she is busy with someone else. She then walks right pass me with the customer doesn’t say anything. I wait for a few minutes alone at the desk, she then returns and still doesn’t say anything or greet. She then helps a the delivery guy from RAM without telling me anything. After some time without say anything or apologizing she ask me “how can I help” I show her the machines and she tells me we broke it because it was a demo model and that they would not sell it like that. She then without saying anything walks away and another girl by the name of Lucinda comes and asks me “how can she help me” I asked her if the previous girl did not explain anything she says no and I do it all again. She then fixes the thread on the one and tells me nothing is wrong she then fixes the needle of the other one and tells me there is nothing wrong. This after she has been struggling for quite sometime and I ask her if this is new and it’s has all this problems she says no it’s not the machines it’s the thread. I tell her the thread came with the actual machines. She then says it’s bad quality thread. She then leaves doesn’t say anything and I’m waiting for more than a hour now. What the hell is this place. I then ask Simone for the manager she tells me Lucinda is the manager. Pathetic. I will never ever come to this place ever again and will not advise anyone to do so. I said you know please can you replace these machines she says they have to get it from somerset and I have to pay delivery fees. I am not kidding. Guest what happens next I asked to be refunded she tells me I don’t think we have money. Really? HI FI CORP is officially the worst company in the world!!!!
