The worse service ever!!!!!!

<p>Afternoon,</p> <p>My wife had bought a Defy Double door Fridge from Hi-Fi Corp in South Gate Mal [Gauteng] last year in 2016 . The fridge cost her R14000-00 rand . Two months ago the freeze was not freezing . We had put a chair infront of the fridge to hold the door close that our food could not go bad.</p> <p>She then went to Hi-Fi , they said the techincans of Defy will come out and sort the problem. The Techincans came out after 2 full weeks , not worried what she had spent on the fridge and the food in the freeze that could go off !!!!!</p> <p>They then replaced the hinge , rubber and fan . With 2-3 two days the was doing excactly the same problem.</p> <p>My wife then phoned H-Fi , according to HI-Fi the Policy is you need to log another complaint for the same thing that Defy did not do they work properly the first time .</p> <p>Hi - Fi loggged another job card with Defy , customer service said they will phone Elizabeth (Wife) to let her know when the techican will come out . </p> <p>The day of the 11-05-2017 , when we arrived at home , the lady that takes care of my son , said Defy was there with a new door and the new door does not fit .</p> <p>[CAN YOU BELEIVE IT!!!!!! YOUR PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT THE APPLIANCES YOU SELLING TO THE PUBLIC REALLY!!!]</p> <p>Hi-Fi did not advise that they where on they way to come and repair the fridge , nor did they follow up and ask did they sort the problem , [THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEY CUSTOMERS].</p> <p>I Phoned Noma in customer service , while giving her all the detail to regards for the fridge , she rep**** did they not fix it!!!!!!!</p> <p>How do Hi-FI and Defy treat they clients ? Do they care ? </p> <p>Like ****!!!!!!
