The most terrible service I have EVER received. Will NEVER buy from them again.

The rating ask for a minimum of 1 star, but I will give them no star at all!!! Their service is **********!!! ORDER NUMBER : #*** PLACED ON: MARCH 31, 2020 3:49:43 PM SAST After days on the "online chat", many phone calls, e-mails, I still do not have my package. Online chat says it's been escalated - for a month now!! Phone them, they say they will get a manager to phone me back - still waiting!!!!!!! E-mails says they will look into it - for a month now. They took my money but they don't even have the courtesy of getting someone to phone me. If I don't have my order by tomorrow, I am cancelling my order.
