The Hifi Cop was a disrespectful worker telling the customer she stunk.

Today on the 15 /05/2024 I went to Hifi Cop in Rustenburg Waterfall Mall the service was very bad it was the fourth time going there because I bought the printer on the 25th of November 2023 so when I got home my kids and my husband opened the printer and check if the printer is ok, the printer was fine the was nothing wrong with the printer at first because I bought it to help the kids with their school project. I was helped by a lady called Lorraine Lekaba or Lekala and she sent me back with the printer telling me that I must go and reset my printer because maybe the ink was blocked so I had to go and restart the printer but it didn't work so I had to back again still it didn't work. So today which is the 15th I had to go back the same thing happened so I asked for a manager, but still no help from the manager she asked for the slip I said to the manager I didn't have the slip, and the manager said for them to help they needed a slip so I asked the manager if she was going to help me or if I go where I bought the printer because God is grateful I checked again on my bag I found the slip is just that the slip was faded but at least she managed to get the date of the purchase she goes and phone Clear Water where I bought the printer and got the slip she came back with the slip and go back so I had to get the slip and go to the lady who was giving me a problem which is Lorraine Lelaka or Lekala. But because they were too 2 the other lady helped me the was a guy who was carrying the printer so the lady asked the guy for the serial number No, here is where the problems started they took her phone and Lorraine Lekaba or Lekala ,responded by say I'm not going to use my phone for that nonsense hearing that answer I was so shocked and I asked the guy Is how they respond in front of the customer I respond by saying where I work I can't even say I going on lunch in front of customers the lady became offended and said look the way you are you do not even comb your hair look at yourself you're even ugly I said to her because the was makeup on the t-shirt just go clean your t-shirt and stop talking too much look how ugly you are and telling me about the expensive makeup I want to show Lorraine Lekana or Lekala that when I go to Hifi Cop and buy the printer I was not bored I wanted to buy the printer for my kids to better their education so that when they enter Hifi Cop and someone like her must not intermediate them like she did today to their Mother and I'm sorry to say this the printer is still new and when I was at Hifi Cop today I heard that all the Printer that they have code3250 and 3212 have faulty problems so now because I didn't comb my hair she is taking advantage of me I don't even want that printer anymore and, if I stink my money, sticks to the one lady came and try to talk to her she said to the lady I want to teach this lady a lesson the lady try to tell her that but this is the customers she said I don't care. Please Hifi Cop I want my money back I don't want that printer anymore.
