The best service I ever experienced from a store.

A couple of weeks ago I had a problem with a tablet that I got from a HI-FI corporation store at ( Bay West Mall in Port Elizabeth)

I spoke to the staff and they recommended me to the manager. The manager was really friendly in polite, he took my tablet and said to me please be patient it might take two to three weeks even four weeks to come back to you, I said that's no problem please don't forget about me.

He was so polite he even told me what was the reason why it was going to take so long. Within 3 weeks later they contacted me and told me to come in and get a refund due to the fact that the tablet was beyond repair.

When I got to the store to get the refund, I saw they had the newer later model, I asked the manager can I please pay in the different, so I could get a new model, and he said no problem and now I've got my new tablet

The manager is friendly I am very grateful I really wish the best in his future he make a brilliant store manager I hope he will become one day a branch manager.
