The absolute worst service.

I purchased a TV set on the 24th November, 2023 I did not receive any correspondence from HI FI. The following day I sent an email requesting a tracking number and confirmation of acceptance of payment. They responded later in the day stating that my order would arrive in a day or two. On the 01 December I contacted them to track my order they said it was still with the courier company SKYNET and gave me an master tracking number. I then contacted this courier and asked them to track the parcel. Unbelievably it was still in the branch in Pretoria...... 5 days after making the order........ never mind that I was told it would arrive in 2-3 working days. The absolute worst service.
