Thanks and appreciation

On the 23rd of October 2017 I bought goods from HiFi Corporation Atterbury. The goods included washing machine, 2 x TV's, a fridge and others. They were delivered on the 24th October and the two TV were tested. After two days I opened the fridge from the box only to find out that it is damaged. I called the salesperson, Jerry, and told him about the incident, who the reported to the store manager. After they requested me to furnish them with photos the fridge was replaced. I would like to send my thanks and appreciation to jerry and his manager for a excellent service.
