Thank you Moses Sivpersad

I recently made a multi-package order from Hi-Fi Corp online. My package arrived incomplete (courier company's fault). The series of events that followed, however, would have been unpleasant enough to put me off Hi-Fi corp forever.

Service was poor, no one seemed to care that my package was missing. Call centre people put me through to the incorrect department so I was being passed around like a hot potato to people who really could not assist me in any way, shape or form.

In steps Moses Sivpersad from the Boksburg branch. By far the best service manager I've ever dealt with. He personally made sure my issue was solved to my satisfaction. Thereafter, he constantly checked up on the status of the delivery and if the package was still unopened. He made my experience thoroughly bearable, and for that I am super thankful
