Terrible service - HI FI CORP

Ordered a washing machine two weeks ago Machine arrived last week missing a part We've logged several calls Sent emails Had to send pictures of the seriel number and part that's missing I recieved a call to ask if we need the part to make the machine work or just want it so it's there- it's an insulation plate! We've had to spend a fortune at the laundromat mat to get clothes washes and ironed with no resolution in sight
