Terrible service; false advertising

Hi-Fi Corp had a special running on the Defy compact stove. I wanted to purchase and use click and collect, but was then informed that I can ONLY use the delivery service, which costs R200. So I relented and typed in my address and all that for delivery. Next pop up message tells me that they cannot deliver in my area. WHAT POOR SERVICE IS THIS? Not only am I forced to use their delivery service, they can't even deliver in my area, which is Stellenbosch. Not exactly a remote area. Tried another address of a family member in Cape Town and got the same notice. Clearly the special is just a ****. I sent them a complaint email with no response. Terrible service. AVOID.
