Terrible service

Good day

Please note i placed an order on the 28th of August 2019, and paid for it via the internet. The money was taken of my account but the order just kept on saying processing. So i called the call centre and they said the order on their side was cancelled. So i re-checked my hifi corp account and it did show it was cancelled but the money was still taken off my account. Since then i have been pushed from one department to the other, i have since sent over 3 emails with no response. Today i get an email saying the order is our for courier and that they are sorry for the delay. I DO NOT WANT THE ORDER, I WANT MY MONEY BACK
