Terrible service at Mall of Africa branch

I bought a laptop on lay-buy and went to pay the balance last week. I was told there was no stock. I went again on Sunday and there was still no stock. I paid the balance anyway and was told my laptop would arrive on Wednesday. I went to fetch my laptop on Wednesday and they said they still do not have stock. The manager could not tell me when I would get my laptop. I called the call centre for help. They just logged my complaint and did not offer an help with getting my laptop. DO NOT BUY ANY ITEM HERE EVEN IF IT IS ON SALE. It is not worth it. They will take your money and give you the product when they feel like it.
