Terrible Service

Absolute nonsense customer service!!! I have been waiting for my electric blanket since the 22 of June. I have logged a complaint and have had promises for a follow-up call and to date, not a single person has called me back. I do all the calling. My poor mother is freezing to death waiting for it. Shame on you Hi-Fi Corp! Shame on you!!!!
