Terrible Service!!!

I've just experienced the most despicable service ever from the staff at Hifi Corporation Jabulani Mall. I went to lay-bye a 50 inch sinotec smart tv that I saw online for R4999. When I got to the store I was advised by Nonhlanhla Tshabalala that I had to pay for a tv license first and I did, she didn't advise me of any terms and conditions nor did she explain anything at all. then I was handed over to someone apparently named Philiswa Muthapo (didn't wear a name tag) This name was given to me by Mpho who claimed to be a manager but there was no title on his name tag. Philiswa walked with me to the TV that I wanted to lay-bye and I made mention to her that the price didn't match the one I saw online. She asked me to look the TV up and took the "SKU" then went to the back office and came back with a piece of page that had the ref no. For the TV and the online price matched as she had promised. Upon processing the lay-bye then couldn't pick up the TV on their system and said there's nothing they can do and won't refund my TV license money as I didn't take any liking to any other TVs they had. Philisiwe Muthapo proceeded to tell me off by saying with a very rude and nonchalant attitude that I should go to SABC 1 and report them. They all made it clear that they don't value me as a client and I will never again visit nor support a store where I'm treated like less than nothing! And I'll ensure that neither my friends nor family members support your unprofessional store I want my refund as non of your employees operated within the law!
