Terrible service

They don’t deserve even 1 star, their service is terrible from their customer service to their delivery team. I ordered a 4 piece lounge from HI-FI Corp on the 29th of November till today I’ve never received them, I have called them so many times, emailed them and everytime I’m told a relevant department will contact me but no one from their side has ever tried to contact me. I receive a new message everyday saying they will deliver the next day, even yesterday I received that message but they didn’t deliver today instead I received another one that says they will deliver tomorrow. If anyone is thinking of buying from them, please don’t bother. A whole month waiting for these couches, I even asked for a refund but still.
