TERRIBLE SERVICE

Disgusting service. On 27Nov, I purchased a freezer. Same day they called to advise that they would deliver fridge on 29 Nov. Waited the whole day and no delivery. It is now 4 December and still no closer to finding out when the fridge will be delivered. Appalling service from this company. Despite many emails and even more calls, they tell me the matter has been escalated. Nothing else. No correspondence. Even tried the chatbot on website and she advised she cannot help only ESCALATE the matter. What pathetic service from a big company. Their promise is a 2 - 5 day delivery. We are on day 5 and still nothing.
