TERRIBLE SERVICE

I am extremely unhappy with the service or lack of that I have been getting from Hi Fi Corp. I have been on the phone with their team since Saturday morning, I sent two emails on Friday afternoon that have still not been answered. Since Saturday I have been calling everyday including this morning and I still have not gotten a proper answer nor apology for the inconvenience of an order that was placed on the 18th of October that has still not been delivered! I have received no communication on the delay nor the reason for it. The audacity of their agents to tell me that I am still within the turnaround time of 24 working hours when I ask for answers, a turnaround time from a complaint that I had to call and lay on Saturday because your company doesn't have the decency to let a customer know when there has been a delay and you cannot fulfill your 2-5 working day delivery promise.

I cannot understand why their online department and warehouse cannot get back to me with an answer, I also cannot fathom why an order that needs to be delivered in KZN is still sitting in Bellville??!!! It was meant to be delivered on Friday but it is still in Bellville and no-one has communicated this information to me. I have to keep calling to keep hearing the same ineffecient nonsense!

I have asked for the numbers of the warehouse and no-one can give it to me, their team does not even make an effort to follow up and give feedback! It is absolutely ridiculous.
