Terrible service

Hi fi corp Carnival Mall Most terrible service i have ever experienced in my life... That it made me decide to complain.

First i get approved online, I then go in with all documents as requested, when i got there they wanted more payslips (understandable as pay weekly, but on phone failed to mention to bring even after i asked) Went home to fetch... Then it took over 2 hours to check everything, sign and choose what i want. Then i got told will get call next day to say if approved... After signing and choosing thinking im approved.

Next day lady called, phonr went dead, never called back, late afternoon after me calling them i got told i was approved.

Went to collect my stuff where the guy that helped me previously was very rude, saying its stock taking i should've come the next day... With an attitude he got the stuff. Got a demo phone without a charger. Got told to come back again the next day for charger and voucher i was alo supposed to receive.

Went back next day, he didnt even greet, took another almost hour to get stuff. Didnt even speak when i had to sign, just pointed.

On top of that i got approved for R15 000 but chose things to value of R8800. I thought i will br able to get again after first purchase When i asked about card he said no i have to reapply each time. Have to use all at once. Also failed to mention when applying and chosing
