Terrible return policy not indicated on the slip.

I bought Items with my card but the Items were not correct, when I returned it, I was told the refund will be sent to my card and it will take 10 to 30 days. That is a terrible return policy, and it is not indicated in the terms and conditions on the slip. If it was, fair enough. All other major retailers give cash refunds, the cash is required to order the correct product.
