Terrible overall service

If I could score them 0, I would. I had placed a large order from their online store. First of all my dishwasher came wet inside and out of which I don't understand. Then, when they came to deliver my fridge, their delivery guys left it outside and told me it was too heavy to carry it in further. When I called the call center and asked them to escalate the matter, they told me I had to wait 24 hours for the relevant department to contact me. Then, I asked to speak to management and I was told to email her, then put back on the waiting line and they cut the call. I am livid
