Terrible online shopping experience

I have been trying to chat with your agents and explain to them my problem with your courier and they don't seem to care. A week now my package has been out for delivery and I still haven't received it. The worst part is on your website tracking it says delivered and there are emails from you that claim the package has been delivered. Do you even confirm first if the package is delivered before you start sending and updating this tracker of yours? Fix your system and get me my order please
