TERRIBLE ONLINE AFTER SERVICE

<p>I purcahsed a product on 2016-11-25 the site only gave me the option to choose 5-10 day delivery. Today is the 12 day i still havent recieved my order . i tried tracking my order online to no avail. i called the call center the phone rings for 20 min when you finally get through no one can assist they say the escalating to HQ . my query has been escalated four times i didnt recieve any feedback or response . The sales staff and customer care staff no nothing they can not explain . i spent almost half the price of the product just calling the call center. the after sales is pathetic no one should ever purchase from hifi corp . My cash will be gladly taken anywere else. the overall service is pathetic . 12 days later and they still havent processed my offer. PATHETIC SERVICE</p>
