Terrible ****mers

We put in an order on the 25th of November for a laptop. Today is the 18th of December and we have not received the Laptop. We have contacted them from the 8th of December and till today we are getting fruitless excuses. The matter has been escalated countless times and we are just plain gatvol. What is more frustrating is that this parcel showed that it was given to the courier shortly after payment but when we enquired we were told they are going to investigate where the parcel might be. This is such horrible service. We expected more from HIFi. We bought a few days from GAME and received the parcel within a week. I would suggest that people stick with Game and I sure regret using this vompany
