Terrible Hi Fi corporation service

I ordered something in November but have still received nothing from this company. Today they sent me an email saying my products are not in stock but their website shows they have stock available. The customer service of this company is absolutely pathetic. All queries about a refund have gone unanswered. 10/10 would recommend not buying from this place. This company is absolutely pathetic. I will never buy anything from them ever again. Absolutely ridiculous
