Terrible experience with hifi corp

We have purchased a bed 2 weeks ago and been promised delivery for the bed ..we have not recieved a bed till this day .we have called hifi corp customer care and I was told they had no stock. We have paid for something we hvae not recieved .We recieved 2 sms saying we would recieve it and telephonic conversation but no deliver to us has been madw
