TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE W/ ONLINE PURCHASE

!!!!DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE AT HIFI CORP!!!! I had a TERRIBLE experience. I purchased a brand new fridge online, only to find out that the fridge, they delivered, does not get cold. Its been about 5 days now of me trying to call them and arrange for a new fridge to be delivered. R500 or more worth of food has gone off due to their faulty fridge and R400 worth of airtime wasted and hour long phone calls. Nothing has yet been resolved as they tell me there is a process and there is nothing they can do for sending me a broken fridge. Completely useless & slow customer service and their products are faulty. No compensation for the losses of money and time have been mentioned. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND nor PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!
