Terrible Experience - Shoddy Communication and Poor Customer Service

I placed an order nearly 5 days ago with Hi-Fi Corp, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. There has been zero proactive communication on their end, forcing me to follow up daily. Today, I was informed that my order was canceled and reprocessed, yet there's still no ETA on delivery. Attempts to contact them via phone have been futile as they don't answer calls, and emails go unanswered. Even their WhatsApp chat bot provides delayed responses. I've filed two separate complaints, but there's been no assistance or response. Potential buyers, beware of Hi-Fi Corp's appalling communication and abysmal customer service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
