Terrible, Disgusting, Unbearable and wouldn't recommend to anyone

I had the most horrific experience I've ever experienced at HIfi corp rosebank mall branch and this is not the first time , sometimes in December I brought back an Orion glass kettle that we bought retailing at around 549 and that time the staff we refusing to exchange it claiming they'll have to send it for repairs and I so flabbergasted and eventually the manager incharge then agreed to give us a store card to comeback and repurchase when it's available in store .

Today I went and I wanted to buy a combo of kettle and toaster and guess what when I went to pay all to find out that the amount on the gift card is not totalling to the amount I initially had bought the kettle for the one I returned in December,it is showing R250 and upon speaking to Khosi the manager , goodness the hostility i was met with it was unmatched, she was not helpful , unwilling and her subordinate at some point was helping her to type the correct card etc.

I am very disappointed at this shop and I wouldn't even recommend it to anyone , not only I had to stand there for nothing for over 45 min I'm so sad to say I left with no kettle again because apparently the to log a call for card takes 5 days to get a response. Shame on you , you ought to do better this is not on .
